Privacy
Effective October 11, 2026. PrintCraft does not require an account. Artwork is processed and saved on your device. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you allow analytics on printcraft.io; local previews do not load them.
Artwork processing
The builder decodes images and renders sheets in your browser’s memory. Clearing a job or removing a design keeps its image resources for a 15-second undo window. A new change or expiry releases removed images. Original artwork and layout specifications are automatically saved in this browser’s IndexedDB and remain after reloading or closing until you clear the job, delete the saved draft or clear browser data. “Delete saved draft” removes the stored copy and pauses autosave, leaving the current in-memory workspace open. Storage may be unavailable in private browsing or on devices with limited space. No artwork is uploaded to a server.
If you apply an uploaded image from the size chart, a single file is temporarily stored in this browser’s IndexedDB so it can move to the builder. The builder deletes that stored file when it reads it; transfers older than 10 minutes are discarded. If you leave before opening the builder, you can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Optional analytics and cookies
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and Microsoft Clarity records interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us improve the site. These services may receive page and device information and use analytics cookies. Advertising consent is denied. The artwork workspace and size checker are explicitly masked in Clarity, including filenames, previews and job details. Our analytics integration sends no artwork, filenames or job specifications as custom events.
Analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics”. “Reject analytics” keeps them off. The tools and local drafts work with either choice. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; use “Analytics settings” in the footer to change it. Withdrawing permission stops tracking on the current page and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. It does not erase data already held by the providers. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice lasts for the current page only.
Read the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement for provider practices. Microsoft Clarity is used to improve our tools, with advertising storage denied.
Network requests
The app loads its own pages, source data and sample images. After analytics consent, it also loads Google and Microsoft scripts and sends analytics requests. External supplier links open when selected. Your artwork files are not uploaded. The hosting provider may log requests, including IP addresses and requested paths, to deliver and secure the site. Local preview logs do not receive artwork bytes.
Downloads
Exported files are saved through your browser. The job manifest includes your artwork filenames and layout specifications; review it before sharing it.
